Summary:

LU-S14050 adopts mode of single-ended with common ground. 8 channels digital input support dry/wet contact. For wet contact, the high level input is +4 ~ +30V, the low level input is 0 ~ +1V; for dry contact, there is a 10KΩ pull up resistor inside, the Bias Current is 0.5mA. LU-S14050 can work normally with active signal input or passive signal input, such as: key-press, switch. For 8 channels digital output adopt open-collector output mode, they have to connect with active outward load and can endure voltage of 30V max and current of 200mA max. LU-S14050 supports Modbus protocol, uses RS-485 to communicate. There is 3000VDC isolation protection for Power, IO and communication, it prevents from ground looping and reduces the damage possibility to the equipment from power surge and Lightning strikes.
